Hanager 1 at Moffett Federal Airfield 

Planetary Ventures, a Google subsidiary, is restoring Hangar 1 at Moffett Federal Airfield. Built in the 1930s, this eight-acre structure required a complete structural restoration to remove toxic materials, upgrade facilities and protect the local environment. We partnered with CBRE to provide comprehensive project controls, including all commercial aspects of the programme, including budget oversight, procurement and risk mitigation. We helped navigate complex historic preservation rules to keep the restoration on track for completion in December 2025. We ensured the new facade replicated the original design while adding modern improvements like a new ventilation system, while preserving a unique aviation landmark for decades to come

Hinkley point c 

Hinkley Point C is a major nuclear power station currently under construction in Somerset. Once complete, it will provide clean energy to six million homes for 60 years and offset nine million tonnes of carbon emissions annually.
We’ve supported this vital low-carbon energy project since 2011. In 2015, EDF appointed us to lead project controls. They renewed our contract at the end of 2025, allowing us to continue providing project management, controls and commercial expertise.
Beyond cutting carbon, the plant brings tremendous economic value to the country. It currently supports 3,800 UK suppliers and will create 71,000 jobs by completion. Furthermore, EDF has invested £24mn in local education to support 8,000 trainees and 1,320 apprentices. "

NATURAL HISTORY MUSEUM ABU DHABI 

The Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi opened in November 2025 – bringing rare specimens and research facilities to the Saadiyat Cultural District. We helped to deliver this 35,000 sqm space by providing pre- and post-contract cost management services.
Our team handled cost estimation, tender evaluation and billing. We managed the commercial risks of continuous design changes and specialist procurement. This included assessing variations for more than 20 sub-contractors and preparing tender documents for 19 provisional sum packages.
Sustainability was a core focus throughout the project. The construction approach prioritised energy efficiency and reducing environmental impact. Today, the museum supports the UN Sustainable Development Goals through public education and innovative research into areas like marine biology, zoology and earth sciences.

MTA Project Controls 

We're working with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) to standardise project controls for North America's largest transportation network. To support evolving infrastructure needs, the MTA is delivering a US$65bn capital plan between 2025 and 2029.

Delivering a programme of this scale needs clear visibility, predictable planning and accurate cost management. We partnered with the MTA Construction and Development team to design an integrated project management framework. This model brings transparency to the capital portfolio and helps leaders make strategic decisions using reliable information.

By providing specialists in risk management, cost estimating and performance reporting, we're helping the MTA deliver consistent results. This unified approach reduces delivery risk and ensures a reliable, accessible and sustainable transit system for millions of New Yorkers.

LEGOLAND® Shanghai Resort

We provided full cost and commercial management services for the new LEGOLAND Shanghai Resort. This 318,000 sqm destination features a 250-room hotel, eight themed lands and over 75 interactive attractions. Working alongside Shanghai JIANKE COST Consulting, we managed highly specialised areas like show and ride quantity surveying. Our scope covered everything from ride systems and LEGO® model installations, to props and audiovisual equipment. We collaborated closely with Merlin Entertainments to balance their creative vision with commercial feasibility, ensuring the project was delivered on time and on budget. The resort brings significant economic growth to the Jinshan District by creating new jobs and attracting tourism.
