Q. How has your career at Turner and Townsend developed?

A. Since joining the company, I've been fortunate to enjoy several roles both in a regional capacity and globally. The highlights for me have been my involvement in many of our major bids, as well as the merger and acquisition activities as part of my roles.

Q. Which project are you most proud of being involved in at Turner & Townsend?

A. I've led the implementation of our new financial system, Dynamics 365. It is a complex programme that we are only part way through, but I am pleased that we continue to see the benefits of the investment throughout our business.

Q. How do you see the business developing in the future?

A. Growth is important for us as it both develops our market position and supports great career opportunities for our people. I see our growth continuing and the opportunity to collaborate more with CBRE, our strategic partner, is exciting.
